i put the blame where it lies...... BILLY DONOVAN

he is the reason PG and Melo don't get into a rhythm. I'm telling yall, the thunder could be so much better than this. they have enough talent to contend.
Like I mentioned before and told you in the past, Donovan's offensive schemes are too simple and predictable. Teams have figured the Thunder out and everything is your turn my turn pick and roll or the same sets over and over again. Watching the Warriors offense against the Thunder's struggle offense made me :snoop: Yeah they scored 107 points but that was due in large part to Westbrook and his scoring opening up opportunities for everyone else. A team consisting of PG, Melo, and Westbrook shouldn't be out of the top ten in terms of offense and struggling to score. The big 3 works too hard for their shots.

I've seen these bums play a lot this year, I can read them like a book.

They really should cut Melo's minutes way down, he's a complete liability out there

its not about melo :what:even the advanced stats say melo is not fukkin things up. he typically has a net positive even when his shot is off. he still provides spacing because defenses respect him.

they run an ISO heavy offense, which should only be ran when you have guys like bron or harden that can score 40 and pick a defense apart with their passing. westbrook can get assists but he is nowhere near the playmaker those two are. he is not a natural. the coach doesnt provide westbrook the structure he needs, doesnt make good adjustments, cant draw up plays out of timeouts, and still hasnt figured out the rotation with 3 games left.

you can't say the ISO ball is because of westbrook because the 2nd unit does the exact same thing. its ray felton or PG ISO 90% of the time.

do people watch this team and really believe this is the best they can be ?

Bench struggled their way to 14 (Abrines had 8 of that), Melo 4/16 (0/9 from 3), PG 5/19 (3/9 from 3, did manage 7/7 on FTs though), & the team as a whole went 9/38 from 3. That'll do it when the other team gets 38 from their bench :shaq2:

How are the Thunder this bad :gucci:

They werent before Roberson got hurt

Best perimeter defender in the league, and top 3-5 DPOY dude this season. nikkas talk about his broke shot but what he provides on D more than makes up for that. And while he cant shoot he is very good offball with cutting and knowing where to be
