I was 8..probably shouldn't have been watching WWF at that time :bryan:

None the less my pops had the black box...we ain't pay for ANY ppvs...:wow:

I have to thank Iron Mike da Gawd for agreeing to that storyline with DX/Austin....that shyt got all the adults in my family obsessed with Wrestling...thus I was allowed to stay up on PPV nights. :blessed:

Rumble - dope show. Hbk/Taker. Austin winning

No Way Out - filer ppv but main event makes that show wortH it.

Mania - nuff said

Unforgiven - inferno match, Austin vs Dude Love was surprisingly good

Over the Edge - prBetty good show. At this point with the heat Austin had everything was better

Fully Loaded - ehh. Rock Hhh had a good match

Summer Slam - dope

Breakdown - triple threat match in a cage if I recall.

Judgement Day - Good undercard. Main event was Kane/Taker reffed by Austin. Austin got fired

Survivor Series - dopest SS since then

Rock Bottom - weakest of the bunch.

But overall every show that year was worth watching.

how could you forget King Of The Ring 98? only had the most talked about match in history

:russ: blame my brother, he's the one who told me about this place
you're probably the youngest guy around here :wow:

when did you 1st start watching wrestling? The network gotta be like a study guide for for you, you basically missed both of the wrestling boom periods 80s Golden Era and 90s Attitude Era. you grew up in the Cena era :to: it'll also be interesting to see what you think of some of that stuff you missed.

Aside from the Hardys/E&C ladder match at No Mercy and Rock/Mankind I Quit match at the Rumble I can't think of one PPV match that stood out

http://www.thecoli.com/threads/real-talk-most-of-raw-in-1999-was-fukking-garbage.75674
I went to Armageddon 99 man it was awful first ppv I went to

First off Taker was on the poster and wasn't in the show

The main event was fukking HHH vs Vince ( ending led to a great storyline but horrible match)

It had other great matches like Chyna vs Jerchio and Big Show vs Big Bossman for the wwf title

Only match people cared about was Rock and Mankind vs The Outlaws which was a smackdown match on ppv

Brutal ppv all the way around

But it was the one where Miss Kitty flashed her t*ts

17 is young? ay im winning :blessed:

but i started when i was like 5, so like 2002, i dont remember much until about late 2004 to early 2005 so i was watching mainly watching Cena's rise to the top

like i said before, ive been watching all of '98 on the Network and the stuff people talking about (Austin, Rock, NOD, Shamrock) have been great. just as good as people say

BUT

the shyt no one talks about like Kergan or the fukkin Biker Gang is just :scust: mediocre tag teams that take up 15 minutes disgust me

Taka and the lightheavyweights save the show though:whoo:
