She has classics, but to say she's a bigger legend than Pac is ridiculous. Pac has a song in the Library of Congress and it made some list of essentials by the Vatican. He has murals in Africa. That speaks to how global Pac was.

RIAA is units shipped. Soundscan is the actual amount sold. There's no way she did 8 million total without her first two selling at least 2 million a piece. Her last album sold 2 million plus, which puts her at 6 and that posthumous compilation did like 1.5 million.
