mediocre rapper, above average songwriter but never really cared about rap and doesn’t have vision or imagination to be a prolific artist. rap was always a vehicle for him to get into style and fashion.

Rocky hit those same criteria Snoop does in his prime.

Never a lyrical MC, but had the presence, flow, demeanor, slick talk, cadence, ability to ride a beat, etc...

It may not be the type of shyt you want to bump, but at his best, dude could flat out rap when he wanted to.
