Anybody who believed that was a confused Trump supporter.

Biden has a slight stutter he was probably just changing hard to pronounce words with easier ones and MAGA crowd ran with the dementia storyline
No, I heard black people say Kamala going to be the next president because he had dementia. That and he's too old and would die in office

Above the fray.
Was gonna say even looking at him right now, he looks healthier in the face while announcing his appointees. I remember looking at Hillary struggling through the last bit of her campaign. Going through dizzy spells, needing a hand getting in her transportation. I would never question her cognitive functions, she's just old and tired. Same with Biden.

I'm still not convinced Biden is capable of doing two terms even if he could win another election. These old folks need to hang it up along with the country needs to be open to younger leadership. Reagan showed signs of dementia during his second term. Trump who was never fit for office to begin with, definitely declined worse his last couple years. We watched Obama and Dubya age right in front of our eyes while they were in office.
In politics, you can never tell which way the wind will blow in the future.

During the Presidential race of 2016, I had Hillary winning, serving one term, and Corey Booker VS Tom Cotton in 2020. I was 100% wrong.

New and young faces have entered their hats into races, but the public has just not responded to them enough to become serious candidates. Older politicians aren't going to step out of the way. The right young candidate is going to have to come along and get the votes/poll numbers to put him/her in serious contention. Then , and only then will the big donors get behind that candidate. At that point, he or she has a legit chance.

Booker, Buttigieg and Beto O'Rourke tried to break through.
Didn't work out for them like it did for Obama.

I also think that Biden reluctantly entered the race when signs pointed to none of the other candidates being able to beat Trump. Those signs were right. Trump would be preparing for his second term now had Biden not entered the race.

Booker just doesn't have it to me. I don't dislike him, but he loses me when he get's "passionate". That eyebrow raises and his one eye heads off towards Jupiter when he tenses up and says "damn!" He strikes me as someone who tries too hard. You're in New Jersey, so you have a better feel for him on a local level than I do. I just don't feel the guy is presidential material. Same with Buttigieg who really got exposed during the debates as not ready. Beto O'Rourke doesn't strike me as built for the job either.

Truth be told, as much as I dislike Kamala and think she's as phony as a three dollar bill, if you were to ask me who strikes me more of having that "it factor" of coming across as someone who gets things done as a leader, she fits the role better. Becoming VP only raises her credentials.

Tom Cotton, he definitely has that old Republican aura about him and he's relatively young. You can check off all the boxes with him. Raised on a farm, is a veteran, takes all the right positions, etc. I noticed he seemed strangely quiet throughout all the foolishness that's happened the past few weeks leading up to yesterday's events. He's calculating, only just now telling Trump and other senators they need to accept reality. He might be that dude on the GOP side in four years. I never finished House of Cards, but he reminds me of the conservative opponent running against Frank Underwood in season 4 or 5, I can't remember.

If you think that the Dems don't have him juiced up and chugging memory pills when it's time to get on camera then I don't know what to tell you.

But if you think that this guy spent millions of dollars campaign and pretending to be stupid then you're the stupid one.
