That makes it worse that he fell off in later seasons. Dude was one of the best characters before they made him more whiny.

The later seasons had a very noticeable decline in quality overall, but still, after watching all of KOTH three times, I've come to appreciate Bill more than the other characters, just a guy who almost always never caught a break just trying to live life.

KOTH is a classic

I used to think the show was boring too but I watched a bunch of episodes and I thought the show was hilarious. The humor is definitely more subtle but there are plenty of laughs.
