On rewatch his character did seem way more cornier then first time around
What was the point of making him this nation of islam boogeyman. Would have been way more realistic if it was just a random dude from NYC who they hired to catch wreck

yeah it didnt really make much sense that he was just some noi dude with a pistol and an out of shape bodyguard(who we seen fail) that everyone was afraid of.

but i think it was more to do with his connection to the NY plug
