In certain instances, associating yourself is almost as bad as implicating yourself. If the Feds could tie French up in that case somehow, they would. French went from BX to (damn near) Hollywood status. Just look at the list of individuals that French has been associated with over the years... a lot of grimy individuals. French, Brock, Droop Pop and Cheeze was/is the OG roster (Cocaine City days). These the nikkas he grew up with in Bronx.
After that came in Max and Gain Greene Team (AKA, Coke Wave). That Harlem connection.
After that came in Chinx, Flip and Charlie Rock (round 2009/2010). Then round 2013 Charlie joined Jim Jones. He opp now.
Brock was locked up during that whole Coke Wave Era, but he got out after Max got in.

French fell off after 2014 in my opinion. His lyrics have no soul anymore. He don't spit that real, that's why we don't hear him mentioning nikkas locked up or killed. Except Max and Chinx who public already knows about. Believe done lost a lotta nikkas, it ain't just chinx.
