I was born in the 90s so I'm late. But for people who are 80s babies, was eazy e really trying to meet up with Dre and cube to save his career?

And was Dre really that bold to punch one of suges entourage?

This movie is blind mowing

Hell fukking no.

Eazy was the only gangster out of all of them, and the only one (besides Cube) that was fine on his own after NWA imploded. He had just signed BONE who was going 3-4x plat, and his own records were still selling.

The movie played Eazy hard, which is why I can't fukk with it. And the only people Dre was putting hands on was women, which they didn't even show in the movie.

Fred.

He wasn't punching out no Mob Pirus with one hitter quitters. :mjlol:
Also, he wasn't progressively growing broke like they depicted in the movie when he was downgrading houses.
Breh had money and just signed Bone, he was and stayed caking and if I'm not mistaken letting Dre out of the deal for Suge still had him getting a cut of his royalties on the Deathrow shyt around the time he was alive, so there's that too.

Man I was born in he 90's too and after watching straight out of Compton I thought that was the real Eazy but apparently the movie had Eazy all the way fukked up. He's one of the most certified LA rappers of all time. And Jerry Heller wasn't the white devil he was made out to be as well

One of the biggest problems I had with that movie was how everyone was praising that Eazy performance and while its no fault of Jason Mitchell, that didnt feel like Eazy

They made him to be this kid hustler with nice guy sensibilties and yet interviews E came off more cerebral and charismatic and proudly showed a devious streak and played off it
