God killed his fukking kids... how is that justified? I'm genuinely curious how that is characteristic of a moral and just god.
if you read the Book of Job, God Himself appears to Job and answers this in chapters 38-41

A quick summary: God is vastly superior to man and it is not man's place to question the justness of God in order to discredit Him

Wtf all you brehs even going on about I’m clueless :dwillhuh:
They don’t believe in the Bible but like to get all philosophical questioning it. I’m not hating I just don’t understand it.

If God doesn’t exist then we are free from the weight of sin and repentance, and can decide for ourselves what’s right and what’s wrong.

the Devil said it was easy for Job to love God because he is living so well, so God once again dueled with the Devil and Job never gave up his love for God.

It's allegory.
You almost have to go into a lot of those Old Testament stories looking for the message, especially those first five books which are said to be all written by Moses through Godly inspiration. How you gonna explain him writing his own death and events that happened afterwards. (I know this doesn’t include the book of Job)

Christianity is not going to make sense to our logical minds
