No. I hated that you had to charge up his super moves. Made it difficult to pull them off in a combo.

Guile was at his best in Street Fighter 2: The World Warriors and Street Fighter 2: Championship Edition. Both versions of those OG Guiles were very strong. He's been good in games since but not quite the same. For all the Guile incarnations in the games over the years, he seemed the most crisp, with the fewest recovery frames early on.

I can attest to this...but Zangief is also a beast too...but you have to be so far beyond the average player to really get the most out of these characters. That takes them outta GOAT contention for me.
