Can someone explain how Germans issued interest free, debt free money and funded their operations without debt or gold?

Nah man. I'm far from a coli militant but the extermination of native Americans by colonial powers and Americans in North America is on par at the very least with anything Hitler did. They were in essence ethnically cleansed. I could point out so many examples of it. The only reason it doesn't get brought up more is because there arent many survivors or powerful lobby groups to draw attention.

there were actually more native americans in south america that were killed, and it was easier to kill them ... because unlike their North american cousins, the south american natives lived in large settlements close together while the north american natives were spread out.

The number of Native Americans killed far exceeds 100million, and add on the amount of Afrikans who were killed during slavery/colonialism. We're talking past the 500million mark
