Was I A Bad Friends?

So me and my friend were out tonight partying. He just broke up with his girl and is down about it and hes on Vacation this week and wanted to drink all night. I got work tomorrow morning so I was trying to get him to go home but he refused. The only bar that was open was the grimiest piece of shyt bar in town and he was asking me to drive him there. I told him he just needs to go home but he refused so I drove him there. He got in there and I said fukk it he will probably want to leave in a second so I strolled in after him but he was content to stay.

As i'm drinking the one beer we started talking about our softball team and some dude looking for trouble said the shyt we were talking about sounded gay. I gave him the face and was telling him he dont know what the fukk he's talking about. He after he realized me and my friend didn't take to kindly to his joke and walked away. So my friend eventually goes up to him for what reason I don't know why and apologizes and says he wants no beef and asks if everythings ok. The guys said yeah but asks if im ok about it, because I was looking like I was going to kill him because I was visible pissed and contemplating beating him up. But anyway in the middle of that coversation he started talking shyt to my friend again trying to start shyt I finished my beer and I had to come home since I have work. So I suggested my friend leave with me before theres trouble he refused so I decided to bounce. Am I a bad friend for leaving him there and in that situation?

I can't say you were being a bad friend. You were upfront about how you felt and it seemed like he was being inconsiderate of you.
