Was in a car accident need advice

Driving to work. Too much traffic. Some lady two cars ahead decides to turn left ILLEGALLY. The car in front of me stopped to avoid hitting her and I hit the car in front. The damage is very minimal .. Scratches.. Her bumper wasn't falling off. I wish she doesn't claim but most likely will.

The car who did the illegal turn stopped BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO GRAB food.. and took off. I tried to ask her what the hell she was doing she said I don't have time to talk and ran away. But I took pics of her licence plate. I also took pics where she took the turn.

Do I have a case? Or am I fukked.

The lady I hit said she'll be a witness for me.

95% of grabbing ankles. If you hit something in front of you it is automatically your fault unless something drastic happened. If you didn't stop they will get you for tailgating.

Don't say all of a sudden. They will hit you with tailgating. Best bet is to focus on her bouncing and maybe you will not get the brunt of the blame.

Doesn't matter who what where why wiener did in front of you... you rear end somebody, 99 percent of the time you're at fault.

Even if they backed into you, they could change the story around and say that you rammed they ass.


By the end of the day, principal of the matter is that you shouldn't have been following so closely; flow of traffic or not that shiits not gonna fly with the insurance company's (i know,
i hear this shiit every day).


And it doesn't matter if she left the scene and if you have documents to prove otherwise.


How did the person in front of you get their rear bumper damaged?


That's right, you hit her.


I'm so passionate about this issue because mothafukkas always come into the shop and NEVER want to accept responsibility for the shiit they are accountable for.

I'm dealing with this now, just got in a car wreck and my fam is suing them for the hospital bills. They made an illegal turn and caused two cars to slam into each other. It's 5 us blaming one person so we'll probably be good, but your case is a little bit iffy. They might blame you and say you should have kept a certain distance away from the other cars especially in heavy traffic but if you can prove this accident wouldn't have happened if not for that woman's illegal turn then you would be good. The fact she left probably looks suspicious on her part too and you would be able to use that as well. My advice though?


Call a damn lawyer and get off the coli if it's that serious
