I graduated 09 when the economy tanked, and got my first job a year later.

All that college internship experience is hogwash.

But, here' my question to the dinosaurs in power, how are you suppose to get work experience, if you're not hiring anyBODY, despite their degree and internship credits.

The key is networking. If you don't know people who know people, it may be more difficult to get a job in your field.

I got my first internship from networking and grades (GPA).

Got my start in banking by selling blow to a branch manager. I've also fabricated at least 3 things on every resume submitted. Hardly anyone checks degrees for anything below 100k

its important imo to sell yourself to the employer not only for the present job but also future positions.
