What do you think average intelligence is breh? I think you have an extremely different definition than many.

Bush was pretty average. They pulled his grades from high school and college and the dude's gpa was in the 2.0s. He was a straight up C student. 2.35 to be exact. Back then I remember my mind being blown that someone so average could be carried so far by legacy.

He fukked around so much during his doing his 20s and 30s but still owned a baseball team and became president.

i dont think dubya is as intelligent as other people here are claiming but hes definitely not as stupid as trump. the key thing to remember with dubya is he often looked out of his element when it came to international relations - which because of the war on terror, was the most important part of his presidency. during his first campaign there were multiple world leaders in countries like pakistan he wasnt able to name. which i would expect from the average american but obama or clinton wouldve known something like that.

I think it's fair since we're comparing Dubya to Obama (top of his class at harvard law), Clinton (Rhodes Scholar), and even his Dad (HW Bush, who had some elite credentials himself). The only reason he doesn't look as bad intellectually now is because of trump. Before these last few years he was seen as a reformed skull and bones frat boy that coasted through life. How does one go to Harvard Business School with a 2.35?

Nah Dubya was clueless at multiple aspects of the presidency. Not as clueless as Trump, but he wasn't no Reagan (or even Nixon/his father).

im inclined to agree. at the very least trump was somewhat intelligent at some point in the past. clips of him speaking years and years ago are drastically different than now. now is a combination of degrading mental acuity and trolling. still somewhat crafty but hustles backwards. with the right direction he would have been coasting to re-election
