Those Victorian shirts Prince wored in the 80s was like how the male vampires in Anne Rice novels were portrayed. Perhaps, he's a huge Dark Shadows fan and loved their wardrobe. For all the Prince is gay bullshyt, you've never seen or heard rumors of him being with a guy.
He kind of came out the closet on his song "Anna Stesia" but then subliminally said gayness is wrong with all that religious sh1t at the end of the song
I personally think that Prince (and Michael also) are probably gay/bi but their religious upbringing inhibits them from actually acknowledging that true side of themselves.
