It's because of the influx of players who spent limited or no time playing in college. So you end up with a lot of raw talent that needs a LOT of refinement in most cases.
I agree. I think the way players come up has a lot to do with it too. Back in the day nikkas got refined in college but they came in with basic elements of a post game. Now nikkas are just raw as fukk getting by on being bigger, stronger, and faster than everybody.

when nikkas bring up nikkas from the past ie a part of "ever". Just because you didn't see someone play doesn't mean you can just ignore their existence. Why cant' something just be great or the greatest you have seen? Why does everything have to be the best ever?

That team also added Andre Miller and Boykins and Leonard and got a full season out of Camby. 4 of their top 5 scorers (including Melo) were guys who weren't on the team the previous year.
