I think it was a decent move but 2 games too late after seeing that Chawmas couldn't get it going after game 2 Spo should have made the adjustment.

it didnt really matter. the heat didnt have a single rotation that could slow the spurs down.

spurs also came out a little hesitate and probably nervous, which allowed the heat to get off to a good start (i wouldnt credit allen starting for that) but once the spurs settled down and started playing like they had the rest of the series it was over.

Heat looked like they burned out after that early run. It probably didn't matter who started but experimenting with your starting line up in an elimination game during the finals probably isn't the time to do it.

Starting Allen was a decent idea, it spread the floor and he was getting tons of open looks. The only problem was that he was missing all of his shots.
Looking like he as back in Boston in the postseason.... I never seen a great shooter miss so many good looks....why I never understood why kg was mad he left....
