Was Total Recall the worst remake of all time?

2007 Halloween reboot:camby:, they tried to humanise Michael Myers :mindblown::heh:

The 2009 sequel :nikkaDafuq::camby:

A grade trash of the highest order that's subsequently put the king of all slashers on life support :camby:

This reboot pitch though

:whoo:

My thoughts exactly. Last I heard, they were thinking about 3D for the next one but then that got scrapped and now Platinum Dunes has it

Judge Dredd was a bad movie. Dredd wsn't so bad and the fans of the comic seem to think its much more faithful.

Dredd was incredible breh. Tight plot, awesome action, visceral, tightly paced. I got no qualms with that flick. It was the perfect tone and Karl Urban played Dredd perfectly

I don't think the name is what killed it especially because he had his mask on the whole time. The studio barely marketed it and didn't know how to market it if you look at the material. the movie has made a killing on home video though so it's not like it didn't succeed, but the issue, like anything, comes down to how you sell it. And on top of that, its hard to sell a hard R action movie dropping in September where you don't see the protagonist's face the whole time.
