The amount of very wealthy rich people who frequent and work in DC makes this a crock of horseshyt

Power and money clusters in the same few spots...DC, NYC, Boston, Miami, LA, SF, Seattle....and many of the same people run in the social circuit of all these places....they hold conferences/seminars, start think thanks and foundations, hold parties, social events and network, lobby and deploy capital in these areas

As such young beautiful people will need to be around to satisfy the base desires of the power players...an ocean of social climbers and professional escorts exist in these areas....not to mention sugar baby culture
