Washington D.C. Or Baltimore? (Which Nightlife Is Better?)

Alright, I'm thinking of taking a trip to D.C. maybe in the early spring before I move out West. I'm not that far from D.C. it's three hours, so I said what the hell . I'll be working next month, so I can save up the money to go on a little 1 day trip. I've been to D.C. one time when I was in drama class in the 11th grade. What is it to do besides go to museums in D.C ? Is the nightlife good? If not does Baltimore have good nightlife?

I've never experienced the nightlife, and I only been to D.C. once as a junior. Also, I'll stay away from that part.

Bmore got a dope bar scene....its a chill atmosphere and much cheaper compared to DC

DC got one of the best club/lounge scenes period
