Dez isn't the greatest route runner, but that is just abysmal scheming and game planning from what are supposed to be professional level football coaches.

its a shame they never brought in a competent wr coach to further develop dez's route tree.

Wanted him out years ago, but everytime he gets close to being canned, his squad goes on a crazy run (2014 & 16, no thanks to him as a HC) and it reassures he stays. Dude is like the Jason Voorhees of coaches, he keeps coming back
