In other words he snitched and they're gonna put him in witness protection like they did Nicky Barnes and Sammy the bull. All that tough talk and the nikka ends up being a rat. How do you get convicted in April and still not sentenced in December? Snitch shyt.

They can't stall a trial once you're already convicted. They just refuse to announce his sentencing because they're gonna put him in a witness protection program. If you look up Alberto "Alpo" Martinez up in the federal inmate locator http://www.bop.gov/iloc2/LocateInmate.jsp you won't find him. They'll show you other guys with his same name but not him. That's because when he is released they don't want the ppl he told on waiting near the prison for him to get out. IIRC, Henchman's other cases are state cases anyway and you can't run state and federal charges concurrently.
