They don't announce when cooperators are being released.
It's not that they don't show when cooperators are being released, a lot of times they just haven't been sentenced, federal sentencing and proceedings can take a really long time...but JH is definitely a cooperator, trying to knock those years off, he's probably been used in a few little operations by people in the south or midwest or something, generally if there is a long time between pleading guilty and sentencing, they are working to reduce that time and get that 5k1 and downward departure letter from the prosecutor. if he gets sentenced he'll get like 8 and do 5....my guess.
