I use Chrome on both my PC and Android and this doesn't happen to me
There is a button in the video area you can hit to turn off AutoPlay. Or just google AutoPlay and it will tell you how to turn it off

Same here, as soon as I click on a post, any YouTube link on the page starts playing. Smh
