It will help you sneak by with ease..
Also upgrade to blackout/mass disruption and just book it and hide..

Also do as many of the Scoutx missions..
Easy way to earn research points..
DriverSF doesn't yield as much but your driving gets a tad bit better, cars are still floaty though..

Guess I'll try that because I've had to just plain murk everybody during the past few missions because stealth didn't work.

Yea, even with the upgrades, I'm still out here killing left and right. Stealth just doesn't work well on this game.
It's more like an IT version of Saints Row 3 than GTA 5.
With the comedy I was just saying the other day this reminded me of Saints Row.
I let my nephew 12 and 10 play this game, and I see why they left in all the gun and what not, these lil nikkas just wanna run around, shoot people and cause chaos 
don't even be using no hacks or doing any missions just shooting random people and raising your star ranking..... reminds me of me when I was a youngin playing GTA 3 and Vice city
