Watch Dogs is fun

Characters and story aren't memorable, and the gameplay gets repetitive.

That's why I passed on the game. I can stomach repetitive gameplay but only if the story and characters are on point.

Dull main character/cardboard cutout, below average story, and wonky drive mechanics really killed the game for me. The gimmick of hacking into traffic lights and stoppers was the only thing that made me enjoy running away from cops and other adversaries on the road. Besides that, I could barely enjoy the stealth as not many missions required you to do so and ultimately it became a one button press-off...that horrible confrontation at the end was laughable...literally press one button.

The driving was so bad they added driving better to the skill trees...bruh

Graphics wise...I have a R290x 4gig VRAM card and it was still killing the fps...it was poorly optimized..which is no surprise coming from Ubisoft, but it was damn near unplayable.

i had a ton of fun with the multiplayer.

Its just the typical ubisoft open world game. The story is non sense and the characters suck.


Their games have reached parody status.

yeah, watch dogs was incredibly boring to me. Once the hacking gimmick got old there was just nothing else there.

Ubi went from conviction to mediocrity.

WATCH_DOGS was a Good Game but it had it's Weaknesses. I played it until the end, including the DLC. I had Fun with it, hopefully it'll be much better with the sequel and a different character.

We will see I guess. The thing is that you don't analyze games like some. I just play and this has been a challenging and fun game so far. Already in act 2 and still love it.
