this. I’ve always taken flash flooding serious but after this storm, shyt was unbelievable. I’ve been thru hurricanes here before, but this storm was something else. It’s something we all know until we experience it ourselves. Thank god my family and home were ok, but shyt does water move fast. In the span of 5 minutes, water was up to my porch. Legit went to put on my shoes and grab the keys to move our cars and and came back to water damn near at my knees by steps. At that point, nothing you can do but pray the rain slows down.
