I've seen CHICAGO tag a lot of people and I would get an alert but then again mods have different privileges and he may have listed fewer names. What's the limit for names that you can tag?

You only get an alert if its an initial post. Like if you go back and edit it doesn't alert them

maybe you can split the list up and make like 3 posts? parties would probably be more active if people got the notification

I know. The tags are done all at once. I have them listed in a notepad file and I just copy and paste the list into the thread.
