So after playing with the mod for a while, this shyt ain't right.
I got random lights just flickering all in my peripheral. It's too many effects at once, like the lights are fighting against each other for screen time. I can see why ubisoft removed them, it's like extra graphical features just for the sake of having them. Every car shouldn't have the same uniform beam of light that can even be seen in daylight
You can tell the effects were added just for screenshots/trailer. They don't really work with the full game. I wish there was a way I could use this mod for just the performance boost, and remove all that extra shyt, I'd probably get even better performace.

Consoles have their purpose as well as pc. I already knew waaaayyyy back when microsoft announced they were going to launch a system that pc games were going to be ported and so on. The discrepancy will only get worse. Between dumbing down for consoles and AMD/NVIDIA bullshyt, PC gaming growth is going to be crippled if changes aren't made. Just my opinion.
