its version 7. I just unpacked what was there and put it in the bin. folder

how doesn't it make sense? They would lose a percentage of their sales on the shiny new consoles...That is the place they will get most of their full price sales. Anything to keep the peasants happy... Release a "patch" later for the PC version to keep them happy as well.This dumbass shyt makes absolutely no sense. If Pc sales would hurt them they just wouldn't make a pc version. And they also did release some videos talking about how the pc version was the best.
They didn't purposely make the PC version stutter, just so console gamers would buy the game. That shyt makes absolutely no logical sense.
