edit: shorty said he showed up as a ciminal on a mission. Whether he's just a random NPC in the area or an actual part of the mission is irrelevant. It's fukked up to put that shyt in the game....shyt is silly....these nikkas actually sat down and said let's put the first name "Kavon" and the last name "Fortin" in Watch Dogs even though both names together sound like Trayvon Martin....let's also associate these two names with black characters...even if it's meant that a black character in a hoody might get a generated name...

it said he was an attacker in a criminal convoy mission. there are several criminal convoy missions. if we knew the specific one, people could look for that same NPC

as you see above, I've found two other NPC's with the name Kavon. one had the exact same name, but different details. there's also plenty of hooded characters in the game
