First one is classic. Part 2 has it's moments, but so-so overall.

The second is the exact same movie with the exact same jokes, only the joke go longer and more over the top.
There's only a few new jokes in the second, Steve Carell's love subplot, Ron going blind, Ron's racial jokes, the psychiatrist...and that's all I can remember.

1st one is a classic, 2nd one was good, not great.
Only thing I liked about the 2nd one was that they made the newscaster fight more epic and over the top. Rest of part 2 was :

part 1 is one of my favorite comedies. the sequel was fukking AWFUL, I have no idea how it has a 75% on RT (The first one has a 66%)
