Just a Kid From Chicago
Just an awful thread. :mjlol: @ needing these past few years of seeing an injury riddled Kobe to finally come to the conclusion that MJ >>>>>> his son he never outright put on his taxes. Kobe got some of the GOAT's move, but he didn't get them all and he damn sure didn't get his b-ball IQ. You same stans that used to gush over the ridiculous shots that Kobe used to attempt and sometimes make, are now the same individuals that want cop pleas now in spite of him taking the SAME ridiculous shots. Y'all boy Psycho Bean didn't make the necessary refinements to his game that would've allowed him to be as successful as the GOAT in the twilight of their careers.

To be fair to Kobe however, he did once upon time try to shark Mike's post game too, but he could never consistently create the space that Mike did in the post, so I guess he's just abandoned that altogether in favor of being a face up player & jacking up heavily contested shots.

Levels..... I can not stress this enough. Levels.....

ehh Jordan was coming off a 2 year rest, with no catastrophic Achilles and knee injuries. Jorda was also a "younger" 38 then Kobe is now.
So shouldn't Kobe be in the post more instead of playing like Steph Curry? Youre making my point. His bball iq isnt on par with Jordan breh.

so jordan was smoking cigars, poppin beckys, gambling until 4 am, smoking payote, drinking brew and was still better than kobe who spends every waning minute at the gym, training, working out, rehabbing etc..

And lets be clear, I'm not apart of the Kobe hate group. I like/respect him. I call it how it is. Mj was running iff screens like reggie miller sometimes with the wiz. Kobe doesnt have that type of variation to his game. If he played like mj wizards lakera would be straight. Kobe fans cant deny this.

Trying too hard breh

It's not even me. Yea I'm a Kobe hater but I talk yo Kobe fans who've defended him for years and they all say he's horrible and should retire. If it's hard to watch for me as a fan of the game, imagine how it is for diehard Kobe fans.

Kobe should've retired after making 2 freethrows and walking off the court with a torn Achilles. That would've been legendary and defined his career/will to win. But now all were getting i
legacy in tact?

this is the dumb shyt i'm talking about. how does he last few years in the league somehow take away from what he did in his prime and his first SEVENTEEN years in the nba? :snoop:

People tend to remember players by how they finish and not by their whole career. It's not fair but true. Just look at iverson.
