It is goat. Especially when you up your protein intake and still getting stronger. Losing weight and noticing more cuts/vascularity just motivates you to keep going hard.
I started doing 2 a days last month. Stair master/ abs at 5am. Strength training and skipping rope in the evening. Replaced 2 meals with green smoothies. Thank god the gym is across the street from where I live.
