He might not have been a great NBA player but it's safe to say he's had a career you should be proud of

How many player really play their whole career in the NBA? It's doesn't seem like many. Even T Mac and Iverson have ended up overseas.

College sports is inferior to the pros, period. Thus why I've never cared for that sh!t. But great college athlete still deserve their recognitions

This is so true.
I used to think these second string guys who get almost zero game time would be unhappy. But they are getting paid, and there are so many guys in the D-league who would kill to be in the NBA. The D in D league stands for depressing, not development. They aren't making the big bucks and are playing on teams that are below pretty much everyone's radar. Some of these guys regret quitting college, where they were kings and were popular.
