I'm watching that first season episode where Shawn and Marlon are on first class and Marlon pretends to be John Starks. The first season wasn't refined as the later ones but it still had gems like this one:

Yep, even Shawn and Marlon acknowledged that on Neil Brennan's podcast the Champs podcast. Season 3 is where the show really hit it's stride.

When they put bosco’s dog food (filet mignon) in pops chilli and then turned around and served canned dog food to the Pope.

This is one my favorite shows, and its one of the few show that actually got better as the seasons went along. I’ll watch the first season reruns but once they opened the news stand, new setting for pops diner and brought in Dee, thats when it was poppin
