difference is that 50 still has sources of income.
What does Wayne have going for him outside of rap?
I honestly feel bad for dude.
Everybody thinks the ride is going to last forever...but it comes to an end for just about everyone.

Wayne needs to put down the narcotics and tour. His only vialble way to get paid is on the road.
He still has earning power. Better get out there while he can.
Can't believe Wayne worked that hard, just to be broke afterwards.
This happens to regular people too
It's almost 2016He needs to go to Jay or Puff right now to save his career
I'm pretty sure Lil Wayne has invested in the money and have some businesses like the clothing line and he has artists on his label but I really hope he doesn't end up like MC Hammer or going totally broke because that is just a sad endingdifference is that 50 still has sources of income.

If C5 flops then I will admit it is over 4 Lil WayneI don't even like Drake, but Wayne and his fame has dwindled. C3 was subpar to many, and C4 was ass outside of 3 tracks. If C5 ain't on C1 or C2 quality, it's over for him. His fans are especially critical of his quality of his albums.
View media item 6050I think it's about over for Wayne.....He hasn't grown as an artist, and probably as a person in about 7-8 years, he's going out the same as 50, they have nothing left to say, and they can't go back and they won't go forward, so they are just stuck....My boy is loving the new Wayne tape, and I was listening with him like, yeah there are some little lines here and there, but this is so tired...Wayne can't rap like a drugged out dope boy and entertain me, he's been coasting on that style for a decade, eitehr pushing the dope boy angle or the drugged out angle, which isn't an angle. Wayne is immature as an artist and a person, that shyt comes with drug addiction....thats on an artist level, on a financial level, I think he is really hurting, he may not even know how bad it is, because he's likely really oblivious to how things are handled. I remember reading a GQ article in 2008 and it was just the typical rich kid with a massive entourage, who has no idea how to function without his handlers and yes men. I have been around that kind of lifestyle for years, as an observer, on a much smaller scale, but the same. You have 7 people living in your house, you are ordering food for 15 people a night, weed, alcohol, syrup, bottles in the club, strip club trips, vacations, plus your familial obligations, dudes have 5 kids and are the only providing, plus the house, the cars, you are in financial ruin before long and have no idea how you got there. Thats where Wayne is likely at.
Waynes been handled like a princess since he's been famous, he doesn't pay his bills, buy his cars, handle his own affairs...he's just in the studio, on a binge with women and drugs, or maybe with his kids now and then....You need to have your money right for a long legal battle, or you have no chance. Wayne needed that lawsuit, he needs to earn. I think touring isn't even much of an option, because of his deal. He could do cash club appearances maybe....but to keep up the lifestyle, and his financial obligations? He needs that nation wide tour look. I would look for Wayne to end up on reality tv shows sooner then later or something similar.
