We were going crazy about the 2. The 3 is bigger, lighter, the S-Pen has more functionality, the design is more refined with a leather looking back and metal looking side and front (still all plastic). I think I'm copping. Was going to switch back to IOS but the 5s was seriously underwhelming.

the phone is the same size, the screen is just bigger. less bezzle. the 3 is also lighter than the 2.

trust me I want the note 3 but my contract wont be up since I bought note 2 at release ...most likely will get the note 4 in a year
