No, it’s a game. You either give in and give me what I want and maybe a little more. Or you fire me and I draw some unemployment (or get another job, whatever)

Either way it’s an extra stab with the sword to my enemy and possibly a benefit to me.
Or they demote you, cut your hours and give you the worst shifts forcing you to leave.

There's no civil way to deal with these low wage employers anymore.

yeah, why should people demand some benefits or any incentive for them not to walk out
Who said they didn't?

They went from management not listening to their complaints to a Burger King Spokesperson saying they are looking into this.

But somehow you think they got it wrong.

Service based jobs are really going to shyt in all industries tbh, not just food. I'm seeing the same shyt in IT. People are starting to grow tired of companies exploiting them, bullshyt ass management, and rude ass customers.

Automation is coming.
