Nah, I wouldn't consider Q-tip to be in the top 10 in any era 90s or not. Dude made some ill music, but he never destroyed a mic imo :manny:

Q-Tip is more respected as being a part of one of the best groups Hip Hop has ever had, and playing a part in not only putting out classics from ATCQ, but other albums as well, like The Infamous :whew:

But as a rapper he doesn't really have any quotables or memorable verses. Kurupt and P have a bunch of those.
