yeah the lack of pass rush was due to their great offensive line but they still were poor at tackling in space, especially on the edge.

and the secondary is suspect as well. but at least they have a better concept of how to defend running qb's

I'm not too worried about the DL. I doubt they see an OL as good as ND in BIG XII play

Its that secondary though To be fair lack of pass rush probably made the secondary look bad, but I don't see too many ballers back there. Never really liked Haines or Vaccaro, but I dont watch every Texas game so maybe they are better than I give them credit for.

This was a huge recruiting weekend. Every top recruit in the state decided this was the weekend to show up. Might shut down the recruiting early this time.

ND got some athletes up front, so if Texas can run the ball on those dudes they should be able to run all over the BIG XII IMO. not many teams in the BIG XII have front 7's like ND.

If Buechele can continue to make teams pay when they stack the box this is gonna be fun, especially with the tempo.
