The facilities at A&M are top tier. Nothing wrong with that. I was just saying that as soon as we left the building, I wanted nothing else to do with them.
Texas visit was fukkin' insane. The dining area for the team was fancier than some five star restaurants. The gym was like Lifetime Fitness times 100. I had never seen anything like that.
What set SMU apart from everyone else was they really treated us like we belong there.
Yeah... They can go to hell next Saturday.
I really need them to win the Natty this season because after this year, I gotta #PonyUp

The basketball team kind of sucks. And I'm pretty sure we only have Tre Johnson for one year. We probably need to replace Terry with a better coach. Still can't believe Beard fukked this up.

Beard wasn’t all that great either. Hes the reason the team is so bad. He brought in a shyt ton of transfers now we have no depth. Plus Terry ain’t that great of a recruit like Shaka and Barnes. Mf really got us rolling out with a nikka from Utep who only averaged like 4 points there. Terry should’ve never got the job tbh especially considering he wasn’t even good at his previous head coaching spots
You realize Beard wasn't even our coach for an entire recruiting cycle to be able to recruit, and the team he put together went to the Elite 8 with Terry as our coach. What set us back was Holland and AJ Johnson forgoing their college careers. However Terry got him one with Tre Johnson. I just don't think the rest of the team is good enough.

Beard just seemed fluky to me and ofc it was an elite 8 squad but the vast majority were one year transfers. And yea holland and aj Johnson forgoing was a problem but I feel if we actually hired someone of proven quality it wouldn’t have happened.

AJ needed to be a 1-2 year college player. He went to Australia and did nada. Holland at least did well in the g league and parlayed that into a top 5 pick.
My dream was always to get the Virginia coach but he just retired. I don’t even know the big coaches in cbb anymore. Seems we’re in a transition period in the sport.
Probably hybrid like Collins was but eventually settle in the middle.
