Fall Camp started this week, so time to create an official thread.

Might be a tough year for Wins/Losses because the schedule is stacked in the first half of the season. He has definitely changed the culture and got the fans behind him. I think if we are patient, he can win big.

I gotta look up their schedule. Do they have a crazy 1st 5 games?

Excited for the season, I'm not going in with any expectations at all...just hoping for the best

UNT - That gave Georgia a good game and won their bowl is the throwaway game
BYU - Every poll saying they are better than last year and they ran over UT pretty easily last year
UCLA - Top Ten
Kansas - I kept thinking that was Kansas State. Thank goodness. Could be the first break.
Baylor - Ouch.

But then OU right after that. Could be 2 - 4 after the first six . There's enough talent to be 6-0 after that though. Too bad this isn't Charlie's second year.

I'm predicting 5-1 or 4-2 at worst after that first 6.

UNT-steamrolled
BYU-after what happen last year, I'm sure the team will be amped for this one. And they are still pretty much one dimensional on offense and we no longer have Manny Diaz as DC.
UCLA-toss up that I think can go either way.
Kansas-steamrolled
Baylor-I have a feeling the defense will shut that offense down. And Ash put up 56 on them last time he played against them.
OU-rivalry games are always a toss up.


This is also provided David Ash stays healthy.

mack brown won 8 games with case mccoy and manny diaz/robinson. this team is winning 10 minimum.

That UCLA game will be a great early season litmus test for how far this team has come under Strong...and also how far we need to go.
