Disappointing start to the season from Hoskins and Realmuto.

They need starting pitching really badly. Even though he was bad today, Zach Eflin should perform fairly well for a back end starter. I'm not a believer in Ranger Suarez. He'd be back to the bullpen out out entirely if they could find another SP.

I do think the Phillies lineup is among the best in the game. I think they'll heat up.

Just going by the numbers, it looks like their bats more than anything. Besides Harper, they're hitting like the Tigers.

This is pretty interesting...

Sandy Alcantara was signed by the St. Louis Cardinals.

The Cardinals traded Alcantara with Daniel Castano, Magneuris Sierra and Zac Gallen (!!!!) to the Marlins for Marcel Ozuna.

The Marlins then traded Gallen to Arizona for Jazz Chisholm. So in a way I suppose it worked out because Chisholm is a very good young player. Though I guess you could argue having Gallen would have been great too.

Yeah the hitters are GOATtier. Its the pitching that sucks hard. Its so weird. Like once the pitchers get on their deem, issa wrap on some 2008 shyt.
