This is hugest flaw in baseball to casual watchers. How do u have probably 2 best players and not be good?

it's a team sport. You can have 2 guys with .900+ OPS but that don't mean much if the seven other guys aren't doin sh-t.

And if you do have a balanced lineup you'd still lose if you don't have pitching.

Nothing compares to the NBA where a star player is on the court 90% of the game and plays both ends.
