Best believe if you open up the wallet to Freeman (and you damn sure should) .. Acuna and Albies' agents are gonna wanna renegotiate. Guaranteed. Its criminal the contracts they're playing under.

I understand the hesitancy. Freeman just turned 32 and Olson is 27. Lotta first basemen fall off a cliff quickly.
For their team culture it's probably better to just pay Freeman but I wouldn't kill them for signing Olson instead.
