I know people who rejected a QO and signed elsewhere gave their former team a comp pick but when it comes to the current FAs who did the same and are going to sign somewhere, do the former teams still get comp picks?

Byron Buxton leads off the first spring training game with a single then a steal. Comeback player of the year and MVP :wow:
I want to see yall lose 162 games this season, but I do want to see what a full season of Buxton looks like

Oh, look. Matt Boyd signed with the Giants for a year. Glad Avila didn't trade him at multiple deadlines. :unimpressed:

Nobody can tell me this bozo isn't the worst GM in baseball. Why the fukk would he be going after a 38 year old pitcher? :mindblown:

No payroll restrictions yet there was a restriction when it came to Correa.

He's gotta do it for a full season.

Similar player to Cameron Maybin and Lewis Brinson. In the sense that...on paper, the 5 tools are there.

But it never manifests completely.

I hyperbolize but Buxton much more accomplished than them. He has proven he has all the tools, health always bites him. His glove and speed has always been elite, his first month or two last year not sustainable for a full season, but I dont think his power is a fluke and if his plate discipline is similar to last years, he should play up to his contract.

But health :mjcry:

Oh I agree.

He's had stretches where he plays like a legit MVP
