Their problem isnt developing talent, it's being too cheap to retain it or bring in enough players around them to support the youngsters.
Over the last 10 years, off the top of my head guys like Realmuto, Stanton, Yelich, Ozuna, Jose Fernandez to jazz chisolm and the young pitching they got now with Alcantara, Pablo Lopez, Max Meyer and Eury Perez coming up soon too.
